M&M Blaster is a no scrub, no rinse cleaner that is safe and effective for removing stains caused by algae, mildew, mold, moss, and lichen from exterior surfaces without the use of hazardous chemicals (such as bleach) or the harmful effects of pressure cleaning. M&M Blaster is perfect for use on sensitive surfaces such as a monuments and sculptures, but can be used on any exterior surface, including roofs, sidewalks, decks fences and awnings.

M&M Blaster is highly concentrated. For fastest and most thorough results, product may be used without dilution. However, product may be diluted up to 1:5 for lighter jobs, maintenance applications, or if slower results are acceptable.
Apply solution through hand sprayer or fogger, or wipe on with a towel/sponge. No need to wipe off or rinse. Allow thorough application to dry on surface for at least 1 hour. Reapply periodically (every 6 months) for preventative maintenance.
Surface quality varies, test suitability in small inconspicuous area. Length of odor and mold management will vary according to the environmental conditions present. Average usage of product should be 300 sq ft per gallon, depending an weather conditions and porosity of surface. Ensure full coverage of desired application area.
