Description:
PCS Sealer is a water-based sealer for concrete pavers, natural stone and concrete surfaces. This eco-friendly and low VOC product provides the same wet look and protection as solvent-based sealers, and may be applied on damp sur-faces which allows pressure cleaning and sealing on the same day. Once applied, PCS Sealer helps lock down joint sand. It will also help protect surfaces against gasoline, oil and tire marks. May be used as a top coat over other colored stain products.

Clean surface and ensure it is free of contaminants be-fore sealing. Allow concrete surfaces to cure for at least 28 days before sealing. Prior to application, a muriatic acid etch is recommended. PCS Sealer contains a part A and part B that must be mixed together prior to application.
Part A is in a 6 gallon pail and Part B is packaged in a 1 gallon jug. These packages are partially filled by design. Pour 1 jug of Part B into Part A and mechanically mix for as much as 5 minutes or until solution is clearly homogenous. Then, pour half of resulting blended concentrate into another empty 5 gallon pail. Fill remainder of each pail with water to 5 gallons, ensuring full dilution. Mix again to ensure homogenous mixture.
Apply with roller or sprayer. Once product is mixed, it must be used within the day or it will cure, regardless of whether the pail is re–capped. In order to use less than the whole kit (2,000 sq ft.), the user must only mix the portion of the kit that will be used (500 sq ft = ¼ kit; 1,000 sq ft= ½ kit; etc.) and must recap and seal/tape the lids of the original A & B containers separately in order to prevent hardening.
Apply a uniform coat heavy enough to wet out joints if sand stabilization is desired. A second coat of sealer may be appropriate depending on the porosity of the substrate. If required, apply second coat after 4-6 hours of drying time. Each fully diluted gallon of product will cover approximately 200 square feet of ground.
Following application, Allow 2hours for surface to dry (non-stick) and 48 hours for curing.
For customers looking for Surface Logix (Cobble Loc Semi-Gloss). This is the same formulation but improved upon.
